IT Smart Systems is a Romanian company with an experience of over 20 years, specializing in IT systems integration and providing customer experience solutions. In collaboration with JUNE, the company launched a communication campaign to increase the visibility of two strategic solutions from IBM’s portfolio: watsonx (a platform for artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics & Data Lineage - the solution for metadata traceability and data governance.

The project included the development of blog articles and advertorials published in business media, the production of two testimonial videos, and the implementation of a structured social media plan with both organic and sponsored posts on LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as an ad campaign. Through this strategic initiative, ITSS strengthened its reputation as a trusted IBM partner with solid expertise in AI, data lineage, and enterprise-grade digital infrastructure.
