The Cluj-based company is accelerating its transition toward AI: AI agent projects already generate 30% of revenue, up from less than 1% in 2023. Linnify closed 2025 with a 30% increase in revenue and a 21.3% EBITDA margin, with a similar outlook for 2026.
CLUJ-NAPOCA, October 13, 2026 - Linnify, a Romanian technology company founded in Cluj-Napoca, has achieved Claude Select Partner status within the Anthropic network, complementing its existing OpenAI Select Partner and Google Cloud Select Partner statuses.
According to the company, Linnify is the first fully Romanian-owned business to hold Select Partner status across the partner ecosystems of Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, leaders in the development of frontier artificial intelligence models.
This new positioning comes at a time of accelerated business transformation. After seven years in which Linnify’s core activity was web and mobile application development, the company has gradually shifted its focus, starting in 2023, toward the development of custom AI agent solutions.
In 2025, Linnify reported revenue of RON 12.66 million, up 30% from RON 9.74 million in 2024, with an EBITDA margin of 21.3%. For 2026, the company expects revenue of approximately RON 15.5 million, representing growth of 20–30%, while anticipating a similar EBITDA margin.
At the same time, AI projects currently generate approximately 30% of Linnify’s revenue, compared with 5% in 2024 and less than 1% in 2023.
“We are extremely proud of this well-deserved achievement by our team, and we thank our clients and partners for their trust. The fact that Anthropic, OpenAI and Google now recognize us as a Select Partner reflects both the capabilities of our teams and the results we deliver in real-world projects, not just demos. We want Romanian companies looking to transform their businesses through AI to have access to the same technology and the same level of rigor as a company in New York, London or Berlin,” said Cătălin Briciu, Co-CEO of Linnify.
From software development to AI agents in production
Linnify currently has 10 AI agent projects in production for six clients, across industries including real estate and property management, education, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
For a German software company serving more than 400 property managers and approximately 300,000 residential units, Linnify developed two AI agents for invoice processing and bank reconciliation, integrated directly into the ERP system. The solution processes approximately 100,000 invoices and 700,000 banking transactions per month, while data extraction accuracy increased from around 70% to 96%, and transaction mapping accuracy improved from 75% to 95%.
In Romania, Linnify developed Gustav for Kober, a system consisting of AI agents specialized in color selection, product recommendations and technical support. The system has been in production since July 2025 and has already handled thousands of conversations with real users.
In the United States, for the EdTech platform Readability, the company built an AI-powered virtual tutor that helps children aged 3 to 7 learn to read in English. The solution is currently used by more than 200,000 children.
What the Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Cloud partnerships bring
Select Partner status is granted based on criteria that include team certification, projects successfully deployed in production and reference clients. For Linnify, the three partnerships provide access to dedicated technical resources, training and certification programs, direct support from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Cloud teams, as well as opportunities for commercial collaboration around shared opportunities.
For clients, the partnerships provide access to a team technically validated by the model providers, the ability to test real-world use cases using resources made available through the partner programs, and the flexibility to select the most suitable model for each agent without becoming dependent on a single provider.
95% of revenue comes from international markets
Approximately 30% of Linnify’s revenue comes from the United States, while 65% comes from Western European markets, particularly Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Romania currently accounts for approximately 5% of the business.
Linnify operates in the United States through its own entity headquartered in Austin, Texas, established in 2023. The company currently has five active US clients across education, healthcare, logistics, energy and hospitality, generating approximately 30% of total company revenue.
Technology development remains concentrated in Romania: the Cluj-Napoca team is responsible for product strategy, design, AI engineering and AI agent evaluation.
Starting in 2027, Linnify plans to build a local operational team in the United States, focused on marketing and sales.
The next stage: AI agent evaluation and governance
For its next stage of development, Linnify is working on its own AI agent evaluation and governance platform, developed in Romania and currently in a private beta program with market leaders in the pharmaceutical, education and real estate sectors.
“Companies that successfully move AI agents into production are not necessarily the ones with the most data or the largest budgets, but the ones that know from the start how they will measure and verify whether the agent is doing its job,” added Cătălin Briciu.
The platform tracks every agent run and evaluates response accuracy and consistency, errors and hallucinations, as well as cost and latency. Evaluation criteria are defined together with the client’s business experts, ensuring that internal methodology and know-how remain within the organization. The solution is model-provider independent and is designed primarily for companies operating in regulated industries.
Because evaluation standards are defined by each client’s own experts, they remain within the company rather than with model providers. This allows companies to retain control over how their agents operate and to implement AI responsibly, with solutions that remain reliable and compliant as they scale. In addition, companies retain the flexibility to switch between models and select the most appropriate one for each use case, depending on performance requirements and available budget.
“The next wave of AI will not be won by whoever has access to the best model, but by companies that turn their differentiating expertise into systems they own and control. Our role is to help them build these systems together with the people who already make the difference in their business every day,” Cătălin Briciu concluded.
